A few weeks ago the pulley itself completely got messed up and left me stranded.. I'm having an issue with my horn on my 03 Tiburon. When pushing on the steering wheel the horns do not work (havent tried my horn in ages so I cant pinpoint when it stopped working). All harness are connected, in the engine bay and under the steering wheel.Check fuses, not visually but with a tester or meter. Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground.
